Jovita Cantú Serna Viuda de Vidal,92, of Brownsville, TX, born in Agualeguas, Nuevo Leon, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister and friend, entered into eternal rest July 7, 2018 at Sunshine Haven surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 11, 1926.
Left to cherish her memory is her children Gloria Lopez, Silvia V. Rodriguez and Humberto Vidal, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchild.
Jovita Cantú Serna Viuda de Vidal was an admirable woman who loved her family, friends, music, flowers, birds and life. She was charismatic, cheerful, respectful, wise, lovable, caring and above all a great person. We will greatly miss you, but we will cherish every memory of you with us.
A mass will be held, Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Church.
