Delia and Melinda, I was you all’s neighbor from 1996-1999 on Honey Bee Ln. Your husband / father was a great man and I really enjoyed our conversations. Eventually he gave me an opportunity to come on board at Circle K out at South Padre Island. At that time, I was 20 years old and needed my car fixed. Jesse took a chance on me and I know I did not let him down working in a few stores out in the area of the Island. Throughout the years after I left Circle K oftentimes I would run into Jesse and we would catch up on old times. He was a great mentor and I for one will always be grateful that he took a chance on 20 year old young man who walked in wearing shorts and a white T-Shirt when I was on my own and becoming my own man. I owe a lot of gratitude to Jesse and definitely pray that he is at peace and that in the coming days that you all remain strong.

I apologize that I cannot be there to pay my respects in person, but I know that Jesse lived a life according to Christ and is at the banquet with God our Father and his only Begotten Son Jesus.

God Bless you both and may Jesse Rest In Peace.

Delia and family, I am very sorry for your loss. I pray that our loving creator, Jehovah God, will give all of you peace and hope. Did you know that our Lord, Christ, promised a resurrection of all those in the graves? It’s in your Bible at John 5:28, 29. Our Lord also promised a completely new world would be coming soon. In Revelation 21:1-4 it describes it and says that God will do away with death, pain, sorrow and tears. Can you picture Jesus and all those whom you loved and who have died coming back to life and all of you being able to live together as a family? There are more details at jw.org. I hope this helps some. Steve

My condolences go out to Delia and Melinda, so heart broken that I missed being there as a friend for you all. May you have the strength to carry on during these hard times. May he RIP now that he has no pain and suffering and may God bless you with the memories that are left in your heart. He will always be watching over his family. Amen
