Victoria R. Zorola of Brownsville, Texas, devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend, entered into eternal rest May 29, 2018, as a resident at The Rio at Fox Hollow. She was born in Brownsville, Texas on November 13, 1922.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Simon and Eulalia Rodriguez, son Jose Pedro (Joe Pete) Zorola, and great-grandson Nicholas Norman. Left to cherish her memory are her four brothers and sisters; Juanita Rivera, Lydia Lopez, Herminia Elizondo and Jose Pedro Rodriguez, 9 grandchildren; 13 great grand children and numerous nieces and nephews. Victoria R. Zorola best known by family and friends as â€œVickyâ€ was an honorable friend, loving sister, caring mother and inspiring grandmother, who will be greatly missed. All that knew her would say that Vicky was a very strong woman and always got her way. She will always have a special place in our hearts.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory. 657 Springmart Blvd., Brownsville, Texas.
