Ingrid you were a genuine soul with a true vocation for nursing. Thank you for being a true leader to all who crossed your path. You touched the lives of so many people and left us with memories that will only make us smile as we reflect on those special events that we shared. May you rest in peace my friend. You have earned your well deserved golden wings. I won’t say goodbye cause we will meet again. “LATERS”.

I had the pleasure of coaching field hockey to Ingrid at Abbott College. She was young, full of life and loved being part of a group of young girls who enjoyed the game. We had many laughs throughout the years.

We kept in touch over the years and it did not surprise me to see how successful her nursing career was. Her patients were lucky to have her. I am sure she made a difference somewhere, somehow in many lives.

I hope her last days were without hardship or pain.

I will always remember her in the years to come.

Goodby to our beloved niece. Intelligent, savvy and witty, with grace, and more than a fair share of humanity who practiced her profession dearly. With so many achievements, you are a loss to your community. Our regret is that with the vast distance between us, we did not see enough of you.

Prayers of strength to Ingrid’s family. I was blessed to know Ingrid as fellow members of the Texas ENA. Her passion , hard work and dedication to her professional organization and to her team back home was an inspiration to me. Thank you so very much Ingrid. You will be missed.
