Maria A. Peralez (Gonzalez), 84, of Brownsville, Texas passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her husband Daniel Peralez, her son Marcelo Peralez, her brothers Jose, Rogelio, and Guillermo Gonzalez, her sisters Jenoveva Gonzalez, Beatriz Losoya. She is survived by her sons Eligio, Gilberto, Daniel Jr, Jose, and Eduardo Peralez; her daughters Julia Garcia, Lupita Trevino, Josefina Peralez, Maria Sofia Guerra, Maria Anita Ouellette, and Rebecca Dangerfield; siblings Hervacia Vela, Jacoba Hinojosa and Jesus Gonzalez; 29 grandchildren Amy Sharp, Sherry Laser, Austin Peralez, Ethan Peralez, Megan Peralez, Tina Garcia, Gilbert Garcia, Alberto Garcia, Andrew Trevino, Victor Trevino, Teresa Chapa, Priscilla Ortiz, Daniel Guerra, Tracey Guerra, Branden Guerra, Chelsea Peralez, Alyssa Peralez, Allan Peralez, Mikayla Ouellette, Madison Ouellette, Kayleigh Peralez, Kristen Peralez, Justin Peralez, Kara Peralez, Olievia Dangerfield, Cienna Dangerfield, Dominique Peralez, Bryson Patrick Peralez, Gabrielle Grace Peralez, and 12 great grandkids.
Visitation will be held on Monday January 29, 2018 from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary service at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory. There will be a funeral mass held on Tuesday January 30, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Brownsville were services will conclude.

    My condolences to all the family. I know this is a difficult time but continue trusting God and he will be with you during this time of mourning. I will continue praying for all the family for God’s peace, comfort and healing.
