Eladio I. Beltran


Eladio I. Beltran, 69, of Brownsville, Texas, passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his family on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. Eladio was born in Brownsville, Texas on July 6, 1948.
Eladio is predeceased by his son, Eladio Jr.; his parents, Eladio Sr. and Felipa Beltran; a brother, Cipriano Beltran and a sister, Candelaria Benavides. He is survived by his loving wife, Amalia, of 52 years; daughters Deborah Bennett (Mark); Barbara Carroll (Chris); Claudia Sanchez (Adan); son, Eladio III (Maria) and his grandchildren, Adrienne Beltran (Rick), Samantha Beltran, Kayla Beltran, Theresa Bennett, Sophia Sanchez, Clarisse Carroll, Evelyn Bennett, David Sanchez, Christen Carroll, Sarah Bennett and Caitlyn Carroll; his brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
Eladio retired in March 2014. He enjoyed working outdoors and spending time with his family. He looked forward to holidays and seeing his grandchildren, his joy was evident as his smile would light up a whole room. His greatest pride was his family, he celebrated their accomplishments and his heart was full. He felt his life was truly blessed.
A Mass will be celebrated in his memory on Saturday, December 09, 2017, at 09:00 am, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. There will be no funeral service. Per Eladio’s wishes, he will be cremated.
