Enedina Barajas, 81, of Brownsville, Texas devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 18, 2017 at her residence surrounded by loving family.
She is preceded in death by her parents Santiago Garcia and Filomena Mares; her husband Jesus Barajas; children Jesus Barajas Jr. and Antonio Barajas; 1 brother Joaquin Garia, and a grandson Martin Ivan Lerma.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Rosa M. Barajas, Maria Del Carmen Sauceda Barajas, Maria Gloria Palacios Barajas; grandchildren: Santa G. Lerma Barajas, Misael Lerma Barajas, Enedina Lerma Barajas, Samuel S. Sauceda Barajas, Ezequiel Barajas, Edel de Jesus Barajas, Viridiana Barajas, Manuel, Cassandra, Cristina, Amanda and Lupita Uvalle; great grandchildren Jezebel Martinez, Jahaziel Martinez, Oziel Lerma, Celeste Lerma, and Brandon Lerma.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service held at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Iglesia Apostolica with burial to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
