Jose Rodolfo Delgado, 84, of Brownsville, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory.
