Emilio Torres Jr., 61, of Brownsville, Texas devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 12, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents Emilio and Alicia and his brother Rolando Torres. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Carmen Castillo; children Norma, Rose, Monica, Emilio III, Michael Torres; stepchildren Aaron, Randy Flatt; 5 brothers, 4 sisters, and 10 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Military honors will be held at 6:30 p.m. by VFW Post 2035 and the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory.
