Gary Dylan Sturgill, 22, of Brownsville, TX devoted husband, father, brother, and friend entered into eternal rest on July 11, 2017 at Valley Regional Medical Center. He was born in Houston, TX on December 4, 1994. He is preceded in death by his father Gary Sturgill.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Priscilla Castro; mother Edith Garza; beloved father figure Ray Rios; children Gary Sturgill and Zeke Valencia; siblings Hailey Sturgill, Claryssa Snodgrass, and Melany Garza, and grandparents Raul and Esther Garza. Also surviving numerous family members. He was a kind loving person. Always putting everyone before himself.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at San Felipe de Jesus Catholic Church with burial to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
