Ivette Perdomo


Ivette Perdomo, 40, of Brownsville, Texas devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Brownsville, Texas on August 28, 1976. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Lorenzo Garza Jr.; father Lorenzo Garza III. Left to cherish her memory is her mother Rosa Perdomo, her son Samuel Nieto, siblings Javier, Sebastian, Sergio Rangel, Lorenzo IV, Daniel, Bonnie Garza, grandmothers Herminia Perdomo, and Olga Serna, also surviving numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She will be greatly missed. She was a beautiful girl filled with lots of love. She always had a smile for everyone and a good sense of humor. She will be missed greatly by her family and friends. “My life on Earth was VERY GOOD, as earthly life can go, but Paradise is so much more Than anyone can know.†Visitation will be held today, Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory. There will a funeral mass held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church with burial to follow at Guillen Community Cemetery.     My condolences to the family for the loss of their loved one. In times of distress and despair like this the words written in Psalm 46:1 and John 11:25 have been of comfort and hope. I wish they are for you too.
