Margarita Infante, 88, of Brownsville, TX, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her husband Sabas Infante, her daughter Maria Bertha Garcia, and parents Ancencion Acevedo and Aniceto Garcia.
Left to cherish her memory is her children: Maria Esthela Ramirez, Abram (Aurelia) Acevedo, Manuel (Janie) Infante, Ernesto (Elvira) Infante, and Ricardo Infante. Also surviving are three generations of grandchildren and numerous other family members.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory. There will be Church service held on Friday January 6, 2017 at 10:00 am. At Templo Bethel Asambleas de Dios with burial will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park. Pallbearers will be Abram Acevedo, Manuel Infante, Ernesto Infante, Ricardo Infante, Jesus Ortega, and Rocky Garcia. Services are under the guidance of Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory.
