Reynaldo Lopez., 76, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville. He was born in Brownsville, Texas on December 4, 1940.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Refugio Lopez and Maria Guajardo, his siblings, Maria A. Acton, Janie Gonzalez, Amelia Tabasco, Estrolia Liendo, Ramon Esquivel, Robert Lopez and Guadalupe Lopez.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Mary Lopez, his children, Maricela Wolf, Rosalinda Miller, Suzzane Marie Lopez, Reynaldo Jr.(Michelle) Lopez and Robert Ray Lopez. Also surviving is his brother, Raul Lopez, along with 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 1:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory in Brownsville, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary to be held at 7:00 p.m. A chapel service will be held Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 10:30 a.m., with burial to follow at RGV State Veterans Cemetery.
