Dora (Suarez) de Barrientos, 82, of Brownsville, Texas passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 from 1:00 – 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory. May God the Creator of life comfort and support you during this difficult time. The Bible calls Jehovah God “the source of life.” (Psalm 36:9; Acts 17:24, 25) The One who gave life to all living creatures is certainly capable of restoring life to someone who has died. He has resurrected humans in the past on earth through his son Jesus Christ and he is eager to do it again. John 11:29-44; 1 Corinthians 15:26.
