Juan Jose Hernandez, 67, of Brownsville, TX devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at Valley Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents Maria de los Angeles Saavedra Avila, and Juan Hernandez Rodriguez. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Marina Hernandez, his children Diana and Frank Sanchez, Elizabeth Hernandez, Juan Jose Jr and Diana Hernandez, Angela and Moises Estrada, Melissa Hernandez, Michelle Hernandez. Grandchildren: Matthew N. Montiel, Carolyn Hernandez, Ashlee Hernandez. Visitation will be held Friday, October 28 from 1 to 9 p.m. with Rosary at 7 pm at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church at 12 noon. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
