Carlos Castaneda, 22, of Brownsville, TX, devoted husband,son, father, brother and friend, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 11, 2016. He was born in Brownsville, TX on July 7, 1993.
He is preceded in death by Grandparents Serapion M. Castaneda, and Carlos Hernandez.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents: Corina and Serapion Castaneda; Spouse: Michelle Garcia; children: Carlee Castaneda (7), Caylee Castaneda (3), Chaylee Castaneda (2); siblings: David Castaneda, Serapion A. Castaneda, Santiago Castaneda, and Javier Hernandez Jr.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 3-9 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 p.m. Serving as pallbearers: David Castaneda, Serapion A Castaneda, Santiago Castaneda, Javier Hernandez Jr., Javier Trevino, Juan Cardenas, and Horacio Ramirez III. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with burial to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
