Victor Martin Hernandez Nino, 58, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Valley Baptist Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, Mexico on January 2, 1958.
He is preceded in death by his children; Martha Ruth “Palomita†Hernandez Campos and Ofelia “Felita†Hernandez Campos, siblings Francisco and Juan Jose Hernandez, and father; Juan Jose Hernandez.
Left to cherish his memories is his wife; Ofelia Hernandez, children; Ana, Dora, Victor M. Jr., and Alex Hernandez, and 8 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 1-9 p.m. with the recitation of the holy rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 26, 2016 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
