Pablo “Paco” Romualdo Delgado, 23, of Brownsville, Texas, entered eternal rest on February 22, 2021. He was known as our family’s “Mariachi” as he always carried his guitar to brighten any room, he stepped in. We remember with how much joy he played for Grandma Beba her favorite song, “Se me fue mi amor” and the happiness it brought him to sing “Las mañanitas.” He will always be remembered for his love for visiting family with his cowboy outfit, nurturing his friendships, gift-giving nature, selflessness, and always giving more than he could take. Paco’s favorite place to visit was his rancho querido in San Luis Potosi where his grandparents and maternal family currently reside.
With his departure we are reminded of the many lessons he taught us in the time he spent with us and left to cherish his memory are his father Jose Angel Delgado, mother Alura Delgado, siblings Jose Angel Moctezuma, Abigail Delgado, Lourdes Clariza Moctezuma, Perla Delgado, and Sadie Christine Delgado.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home at 657 Springmart Blvd. in Brownsville, TX 78526. To celebrate his life, the services will begin on March 3, 2021 from 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm. Visitation will continue to take place on March 4, 2021 from 9 am to 12 pm at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, followed by burial services at 12:30 pm at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens located at 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd. in Brownsville, Texas.
