Maria Belinda Rodriguez, 63, of Brownsville, TX, beloved mother, daughter, granddaughter, niece, sister, aunt & friend passed away on September 06, 2020 at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville. Maria was born on April 14, 1957 in Brownsville, TX to Maria Guadalupe Valdez and Raul Jose Leal Jr.
Maria Belinda enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was a hardworking professional in the Tax industry. She had the perfect charisma for her career and was devoted to her clients and H&R family. Her faith was very strong. Her loyalty to God was a priority and of great importance to her, standing out as a devoted Catholic. She will be missed and loved by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raul Jose Leal Jr. and Maria Guadalupe Valdez.
Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Marco Antonio Rodriguez and Raul Rodolfo (Stephanie Marie) Rodriguez; her niece, whom she loved as a daughter, Salma Monique Cuellar; her siblings, Rodolfo Raul Leal, Gloria Ann Montalvo, Eva Lorena Cuellar and Raphael Rene Leal.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2020 from 1 to 7 PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services conclude at the end of the evening.
